These are things I personally use that help me feel more in control when I’m anxious or nauseous. None of these are cures—but they make a huge difference for me 🤍

I get car sick and randomly nauseous, and this helps take the edge off so I don’t spiral. It’s something I reach for as soon as I start feeling “off.”


✧ Lavender Magnesium Spray (my nighttime calm)

I spray this before bed and it helps calm my body so much. The lavender + magnesium combo is perfect when my anxiety is high or I can’t shut my brain off. This brand is my FAVORITE.


✧ Mentos Gum (instant reset)
You can find this pretty much anywhere (Target, gas stations, etc.)
The mint is super strong and almost “shocks” your body out of that anxious/nauseous feeling. I always keep this on me—car, bag, everywhere.


✧ Riki Sculptress Pro (heat/cold anxiety relief)

I use this when my anxiety triggers acid reflux or that uncomfortable chest/throat feeling. The hot and cold modes help calm my body down and ground me—it’s like a reset button.
